BETgram ("the site") is a private project, shared with friends by its owner. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
1. Adults only
You must be 18 or older, or the legal age for gambling where you live if that's higher. You're responsible for checking that using a betting-analysis site is legal where you are. Don't use the site where it isn't.
2. What the site is, and isn't
- The site gives statistical estimates about football matches, worked out from past results, for information and entertainment.
- It is not betting, financial or professional advice, and it isn't a bookmaker. You can't place bets through it.
- Nothing on the site is a guarantee. Estimates can be wrong, and most people who bet lose money over time. Any bet you make is your own decision and your own risk.
- The AI brief is written automatically by an AI model and can contain mistakes.
3. Data
Match data comes from football-data.co.uk and API-Football. It can be late, incomplete or wrong, and we can't guarantee it. Always check team news and the latest results yourself.
4. Gamble responsibly
Only bet what you can afford to lose, set limits, and never chase losses. If gambling stops being fun, get free and confidential help from BeGambleAware (UK), Gambling Therapy (worldwide) or your country's gambling helpline, and use your bookmaker's self-exclusion tools.
5. Fair use
Don't copy the site's data in bulk, use automated tools against it, try to get around its daily limits, or interfere with how it works. We may limit or block access to protect the site.

The site is provided "as is", without any warranty. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss, including betting losses, that comes from using the site or relying on its estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
7. Changes and availability
We may change the site or these terms, or stop the site, at any time. If the terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
